In my consulting work, I focus on teaching teams of all ages and experiences to confidently support individuals in distress through a structured, tiered plan that clarifies the necessary steps for effective intervention. I provide training to ensure that team members feel informed and capable, while also offering on-call guidance, referrals, and clarity for more complex situations, emphasizing the importance of timely support. My goal is to ensure that organizations have access to knowledgeable resources that align with their values and operations, preventing delays in assistance during crises.
